In addition to your rent, you will be responsible for the following upfront costs. There is a $50 application fee per applicant due at the time of application and a $300 deposit collected with the application. Upon approval, an additional $699 security deposit will be due, for a total security deposit of $999. There is also a one-time administrative fee of $250 due upon approval. If applicable, residents with pets will be charged a one-time pet fee of $500, and residents will be charged a one-time gym fee of $75 per leaseholder at move-in. You will also be responsible for the following recurring monthly charges. These charges are billed with your monthly rent and may be subject to change as permitted by the lease: Resident Service Allocation – $30 per month; Trash Fee – $48 per month; Pest Control Fee – $26 per month; and Pet Rent – $95 per month for approved pets. Additional fees may apply for late payments, returned payments, lease transfers, lease violations, early lease termination, or other resident-caused charges as outlined in the lease agreement and community fee schedule.
