If applicable, residents with pets will be charged a one-time pet fee of $500. Residents will also be charged a one-time gym fee of $75 per leaseholder at move-in. You will also be responsible for the following recurring monthly charges. These charges are billed with your monthly rent and may be subject to change as permitted by the lease: Pet Rent – $95 per month for approved pets. Water and sewer utilities are individually submetered and will be billed back to residents based on usage through Conservice. Trash service is also billed through Conservice. Utility and service charges are separate from rent and may vary from month to month. Additional fees may apply for late payments, returned payments, lease transfers, lease violations, early lease termination, or other resident-caused charges as outlined in the lease agreement and community fee schedule.
